Camden Brickell Apartments

I remember this place when it was called summit Brickell, customer service was a piece of crap whenever something needed to be fixed, it never did. I remember the custodian janitor ( because that is what he was, not an "engineer" like people like to label themselves), his name is victor decespedes.  A very unpleasant ignorant individual, not much less to be said about the property manager who was useless lady

We have lived here for 3 years now and we loved living in Camden Brickell. It is arguably in the best location in the city. Maintenance is amazing and they have fixed every concern we have ever had quickly and well. Tony from the maintenance team is the best! Very quick and attentive. We have never had any safety concerns & we like how we have to pick up our packages from the front desk so they don’t get stolen or misplaced. Overall, great experience!

I wish bathroom of the apartment I saw was bit cleaner and fixtures more updated . I understand it may not be the apartment I will end up renting however I feel generally building/apartments needs some updating..

if I could give 0 stars, I would ! Acacia the leasing agent needs a customer service/ etiquette course. very nasty energy, don’t even have to say much. Camden Brickell more like CAMDEN NJ!.
the only thing cool about this place was the security guard downstairs. don’t waste your time.

We just renewed our lease for a 4th year here. My husband and I are lawyers and former New Yorkers in our mid-30s who moved down to Miami in 2021. We have been in the Camden since we moved and have not wanted to relocate to another building so I think that speaks volumes. While it’s not the “fanciest” rental building in Brickell, it’s a solid option with reliable and responsive management. The maintenance team also comes the next day whenever we have a service request. We have never had an issue with neighbors or people in the building. Leaving this review to be helpful to others looking to move to Brickell!

From the day I moved in to the day I left this was a fantastic experience! Camden makes it seamless to apply and get approved to live in their building. Moving in and out is effortless. Waza and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful and very respectful. I would live here again if I was still in Miami.

Today I made my contract and I am very grateful to Acacia, excellent in helping me with my apartment.

I want to shoutout the incredible service Terri provided. She was very efficient and made our move from out of state really easy. 100% recommend you ask for her if looking to relocate to the building.
