This building is a nightmare! The front desk personnel are the only decent thing, but that's about it. Brace yourself for a never-ending 600+ day construction project shutting down balconies and the pool deck – information conveniently omitted during lease signing. Hallways reek of dog pee and foul food odors, with carpets so stained they'd make you cringe. Management is utterly clueless, taking over a week to respond and forcing you to schedule an appointment just to talk to them. The spa is a breeding ground for mold, especially in the neglected steam room. Moving in involves a ridiculous journey through multiple elevators and an absurd layout. The elevators barely functioned for half a year, subjecting residents to agonizing waits. Save yourself the misery and look for a building in downtown Miami with competent management – this one is a disaster!

I’ve been living in this building for the last 3 years, administration is terrible!! They are Rude and nothing is easy here. Most part of the time you just have two elevators working, and you often need to wait 20 + minutes for it, it's ridiculous.

As a former resident I can honestly say that that this place gets 3 stars only because of the amazing view you get from this building. This building is not well managed - I could go into great depth but prefer not to. If you are the kind of person that spends most the time in your apt you could totally live there without a problem. However if you are the kind of person that likes to enjoy amenities (including basics like a working elevator) go elsewhere.
