We were here for about half a year and l ...
We were here for about half a year and left. This place is pricey and full of rats. The apartments need updating, bathtubs are just painted over and handed to the next tenant. Flooring is badly done and there is mold under flooring which made me and my kids sick (possible lawsuit). I would say the only good thing here is location and the maintenance staff is quick to fix issues. Management is very questionable and seem like they don’t really care much. A lot of the units are empty for a reason. Here is a photo of the amount of service requests I submitted since I moved in, in May. Some we fixed ourselves.

Hello Lessy,This is the first we're hearing of any rat issue that may have occurred in your home. We wish you would have told us while you were still with us as a resident. Regarding the presence of mold, we were denied entry to your home. We are sorry that you feel management is questionable, we do work very hard to make sure our community is run smoothly and effectively. We do wish you the best as you did indicate a different reason as to why you decided to break your lease. We wish you would have set up a time to speak to us regarding the things you felt were lacking during your residency. As for the service requests, we are not a new property and service request and maintenance requests are things that are going to happen over the 11 months that you have been with us. Best of luck!
