Caribbean Springs Village Condo

South Beach prices 14 miles from the shore…. This community isn’t what they advertise. 144 units with 300+ parking spots yet each unit is only given 1 spot and you better hurry home from work if you want to find a guest spot. Don’t even think about leaving on a holiday because there’s no where to park if you give your guest spot up, I rented a car for Mother’s Day bc my car broke down, I notified the security guard and they still towed it costing me $500. The elevators are always breaking down which is a huge inconvenience when you live above the second floor and happen to go grocery shopping.
The dryers don’t dry clothes completely so costs double what’s advertised to use.
For the amount of money they collect monthly in fees from owners, you’d think the communal appliances and areas would be pristine but that’s not the case.
You’d think that being close to the highway would be a bonus but over the last 2 yrs, this area has tripled in occupancy, so traffic is rough!
Hope this helps anyone looking into this community, I’ve been here over 10 years and seen price go up & value go down…
