Blue Riviera

A lot of mold! The ceiling of the main entrance have no escape of the water when it rains so it makes a lot of mold. There is always issues with the washing machine they don’t dry good. The water has been gone for hours and sometimes they don’t even warn you (so with the elevators when they are broken) the staff is so mean. The manager, mean with you, like pretty mean she doesn’t give a nothing she is just screaming at you. The lady that controls of the car if they can get in or not can see you past 20 times and still tell you where your going. Horrible parking (only two parkings) they would make you pay for anything. For having pets, for everything

A very cozy place to spend time with your family blue rivera is a very quiet place you can rest without noise or scandal a place with very good security 24 7 rich atmosphere staff in charge from offices to maintenance are up to date with any detail that is needed so I give it 5 stars

The apartments are old, they take a long time to provide solutions to problems with either air or water canisters, the customer service and collection ladies are rude, it seems like they work in a market, they shout all the time, they don't keep payments organized and they have a mess. In the office, there is a very rude Venezuelan security guard, she is always talking on the phone with her family during work hours, she offends people and always says rude things, not to mention the car they see stopped badly and they immediately call the tow truck to give you a hard time. for a while (unless you agree with them) in short, neither the building nor the staff who work there are useful.

Horrible parking, bad laundry experience , need e a lot of work

Excellent place for the area and good price. quiet, security 24 hours, not  problem with parking
