Amazing place to live. Enjoyed my one year stay. Lived in a 1-1 with minimal wear and tear when it was turned back over to management. Admittedly, there were areas of high use where paint was discolored and scuffs in limited areas. Unfortunately, a $2,350 deduction from my security deposit was provided for repainting. I asked for a copy of the invoice that included the hours spent, and the areas of the apartment that needed repainting and repairs due to my use. I never received this. I also asked for a copy of the walkthrough that was signed. No issues were discussed during that walk through. I never received this.
I left since rent increased substantially, which I am not upset about and understood why. Though to leave an apartment due to financial impact and still be impacted, sucked.
Anyway. Really really great stay, would have been a 5 star review. Learn from my experience.

Great place! Feels very new yorkish specially since you can hear your neighbors so youll never feel alone - rent price is a bit too high for not having a good view like you are legit next to the highway - the pool views are great tho and the staff IS SUPER AWESOME which makes it great 3 stars just because the price for the size and view are not good

It is a good place, the apartments are very comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Oh my goodness where do I start... I am coming on to my final couple of months here, and I am so EXCITED to get away from this building! I am so sad. I really wanted to love this place. It's so beautiful here honestly. And the people living here are nice, front desk guys are AMAZING!  Before I moved into my unit there were things that needed to be fixed, and I didn't think much of it because it didn't seem like a big deal because they were going to fix it. I have since become friends with the previous tenants to my unit and they are keeping their whole deposit because They had to fix things in it but they never fixed it. These walls are so paper thin it ridiculous. I can hear the people above me walking around all the time. I have small children and I go to bed early (especially now that I am a teacher during COVID) and will be woken up in the middle of the night from a call saying I am "throwing a party" or "listening to loud music" when in reality i'm sleeping so its probably my TV if its even MY UNIT making sounds, because there is NO WAY my tv is THAT loud.. What a waste of a beautiful building  oh and also 477: by law I can ALSO withhold rent since you guys have me living in a place with broken things from before I got there. Please do better so I can enjoy my beautiful apartment  I really want to enjoy it
