Lofts on Brickell

Buyer or renter beware. They have 2 elevators and the inspection certificates from the city are long expired.  One elevator hasn't worked in months, the other elevator is questionable as I and other residents have been stuck in the elevator several times over.  Management could care less!

Lovely Condo on the chill area of Brickell. Easy access to the highway (I-95), downtown Miami, Coral Gables, coconut grove.

Rented an airbnb here , its ok , no pool

Location is great, at the heart of downtown, condos are very "rustique" sort that industrial look and feel, with the major finishings, just bare concrete, pretty much how all new condos are been built these days. Trains pass right thru the building which is pretty cool, Lobby is small and can feel a bit crowded. The location surrounding aren't very clean given the location.
