Catalina at Miramar

Update: Living here is no longer safe. I don’t know who is doing background checks, but we’ve had back to back thefts(break ins, car thefts/break ins) in this community. New neighbors are suspicious as heck. My new neighbors are literally drug dealers, and invite the wildest people over. Weird people walking in and out of the front gate at all hours of the night, there is absolutely no security here and the office will not do anything about it other than send out a letter about making sure we lock our doors (🙄)
Angie is the absolute best! Catalina is lucky to have her, she has made this moving experience fun, structured and overall kind! Not only does she really care about this community but she helps keep it safe and enjoyable.

The management company at catalina are liars! They will tell you you should have no issue getting approved in the application process but you have a high chance you wont if you have speeding tickets or anything they can use against you don't apply because you'll lose your $250 and I spoke to a friend that managed properties and he said that is a way for them to create a income for the management company in the millions denying applications through out 1000s of properties they manage.

The nicest staff you'll meet. As a vendor I look forward to going to Catalina. They are engaged and understanding about the lake services we provide. Always warm and friendly welcoming. The kind of customers you'll go the extra mile for. The Lake Doctors

I will soon be living here in Catalina for 1 year and we are happy as a family to be here and have AN EXCELLENT TEAM both in maintenance who are super respectful and responsible guys in every way and the office staff are SUPER especially my dear Angy and Mrs. Catia are super people, I 1000% recommend this place to live as a happy family 😊

I had a family member apply to Catalina at Miramar, and the application process was nothing short of a nightmare. They were denied due to inaccurate negative marks on their background from the screening company used by the property. This same company has been sued in a class action for these very issues! After getting the background corrected, they tried applying again, only to face more frustration when the staff at the office couldn't provide access to their account as it was seen as they already applied. There was a lot of misinformation during the process, which only added to the confusion.
Overall, I would advise anyone considering applying at Catalina to save themselves the headaches and look elsewhere. The application process is far from smooth, and it’s been a frustrating experience for them.
