Lakeside At Biscayne Gardens

As first-time US residents renting, we're grateful that Daryl was the first property manager to accept us as tenants as we were getting settled into the new country! Lakeside was home for us for over 2 years, with mostly great neighbors in a green and peaceful area of North Miami. The price was amazing for the Miami rent market, and although several aspects of the older property reflect the rent rates, overall it's an amazing solution for tenants on a tighter budget in an increasingly expensive city. The lake behind the building was beautiful for morning walks, and the parking wasn't an issue for our single-car household (although sometimes it could get tricky if guests were coming over).
We encountered only a handful of issues over the 2+ years we stayed there, and property managers Daryl & Pedro were open to helping us find solutions along the way. Although we recently parted ways as we relocated to Downtown Miami, we've maintained a good relationship and would recommend Lakeside apartments for anyone looking for affordable housing solutions in Miami.

Lived here for about 2 years. It was not bad at all. Only reason i took off a star was for parking it’s very limited.

As I started my searching for an apartment and everyone knows how stressful can that be I found Mr Darryl the Property Manager of Biscayne Gardens I was so thrilled with his service that I can’t recommend him more highly enough.. He provided the most amazing service, extremely helpful. I truly feel that he goes above and beyond to deliver wonderful personalized Property Management of the highest standard .His attention to detail, clear communication professional knowledge and attentiveness means Thank you thank you thank you……Mr Darryl !
