Regulations for your benefit!! Last night I had a flat tire. I looked for help and I couldn't repair it (Flat Tire). I looked for the Security Officer to inform them that I would leave the vehicle overnight to fix the tire this morning. I never found “Security” anyway, I put up a sign. on my windshield saying that I have a flat tire and it would only be for one night, because the business that the property manager and the people who provide the boots have is so big that it is more advantageous for them than having a security the whole night, and I spoke with the property manager and I spoke with the company that provides the boots and for them it is unfortunate to have had a flat tire breaking the regulations of the them having left it in my assigned parking it was not even a Guest parking, in what community we live and what bad people attached photos…..

Great location, shopping nearby has all the best stores, awesome restaurants! The grounds are kept very nice and the pool area also . Great place!!

Evelyn is the most incompetent person ever. The community could be ran better by a 3 year old.

Gated community located in SW Broward county.  Grounds are fairly maintained.  Easy access to restaurants, parks and hospitals.  Easy access to Costco and I75. Part of Monarch Lakes community. Mandatory association. Not FHA approved. Desired location and community.  Great community amenities.

Excellent community. Very structured board .  Plenty of amenities like Gated community, cable & internet  (HD DVR , HD on demand for 3 rooms & fiber internet) ,  pool , gym etc.  Immaculate landscaping  and beautiful clubhouse .Seasoned Board Of Directors  and property Manager  all hands-on and very assessable .  Great place to raise your family .  All roofs and exterior paint recently replaced & repainted .The home owners are friendly and care for our community.
