I recently had a terrible experience with this management company and I feel compelled to share my story. I dealt with Melissa Alkins and a non existent Katherine Hutchinson !!!
I inquired to rent w them a a decided not to after taking a second closer look at the property and the run down state it was in !!!  Unfortunately for me I didn’t realize it till after I left a $375 holding deposit - it was clear that this company had no regard for their tenants or their responsibilities.
Firstly, the communication from the property management team was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone when I had questions or concerns. Emails and phone calls went unanswered weeks. It was incredibly frustrating and made it difficult to address any issues that arose.
It’s been over a month and I still have not received my refund !!!
This lack of responsiveness and attention to maintenance made me realize I had made the right decision! Seems like the  property is a constant headache.
Furthermore, the property management team seemed more interested in collecting my deposit than actually providing a livable and enjoyable living experience. They were quick to enforce strict rules and regulations, but slow to address tenant concerns or make necessary improvements to the property.
Overall, my experience with this property management company was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to think twice. The lack of communication, poor maintenance, and overall disregard for tenant satisfaction make them a company to avoid at all costs.
