BEWARE: this condominium’s financials and “leadership” are both what appear to be a mess of convoluted theft. The HOA is extremely high compared to it’s available “amenities”, which don’t meet the standards to be called such and lack considerably to comparable buildings. AKAM management is by far the worst property management company, of which they have stolen owners cars out of the building’s parking, commingled packages to their own, mismanaged the expenses and books on many skimmed projects, questionable receipts and petty cash unaccounted for, overtime, etc. Too much to list. Yet they still remain “servicing” the building clearly tied in with the board somehow.  The previous and current board, whom remain tied in a continued hidden agenda of misappropriation, insist on continued use of a management company that has damaged the building and bleeds it past it’s means.If you want to live in a building where your funds are syphoned and you are micro managed with what little is there, this is the place for you. The better business bureau and DBPR have been alerted recently, stand by and steer clear until the management company is switched to something that suits the building’s appropriate financial range, and the downtrend starts to subside. The property is now at least a million in debt at the hands of more “projects” that employ over priced services and laborers as well as missing supplies/funds. Mess is an understatement for Cielo and attempts at removing the responsible parties is consuming more than just avoiding this building is worth. Also caution, the other reviews here are by residents in on the treacheries here and are fake so please heed this warning and Kim’s above as regretful Owners of this property. Hidden deception.

This one if the best places to leave, private foyers, 35 units, great location , must of owners know each other. As long as I leave in Miami this will be home.
You are in the middle of Miami action in a very quiet place.

I have been coming here regularly over the last years, and there is always something broken. When it isn't the pool that it ice cold, then it is the power that is out. The elevater got stuck with me in it 3 times in one day. Several weekends, they had to guard the garage for security reasons since the gate was broken.
One of the employees burglerised several of the apartments and stole the owners cars
The manager is really rude and behaves like a 5' person who has become a manager title at mcdonalds
Really bad overall feeling at the  place
