Veron Taylor was the best , she help me get in a apartment smoothly with no problems.

I love it here! Like most communities it needs a little improvement, but for the most part it’s better than most.

Great experience!! Starting from the tour with Jose he was great he answered all my questions and has a great sense of humor. The move in process with Veron was so smooth and she was very nice and accommodating we just walked in without an appointment to take measurements of the apartment she stopped what she was doing and immediately escorted us.  Charles was very kind & helpful also. The maintenance   professionals were excellent and immediately address the concerns I had.  Ozzy was extremely helpful and polite,  I didn't to get the other maintenance professional's name but he was also great, professional and addressed my bathroom concerns.   Overall this has been a great experience and I am loving my new apartment :)

I have lived here for 7 well almost 8 years and my tenure here should tell you everything you need to know! The staff and considerate and helpful! Shout out to Veron Taylor!!! Charles you’re just as amazing!

Beautiful, I only visited but I would love to live here

RUNNNN!! DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME! Since, the team with Jade, Theresa & Ingrid(they cared❤️) left this new office staff is horrible.  Rude don't care about the tenants as long as they receive their money they don't care & that extends to the corporate office as well, they have no heart & could not care if you end up homeless but accepting section8 tenants that come & knock on your door begging for clothes, food etc & allow their kids to run around the property threatening tenants.  This place is so GHETTO & DISGUSTING garbage all over the property the trash cans are always over flowing & the new maintenance are a little too friendly if you know what I mean🙄!! Just do your job & get the hell out he talks too much 🤦‍♀️ they overcharge for these apartments & it's not even worth it, the gate does not even work & they have no intentions on fixing it. The only ppl that benefit from living here is the section8 tenants regular hard working ppl who are struggling to make it day by day are not appreciated they are quick to put you on the eviction list & to even come off you hv to pay & additional $500 they don't work with you & the assistant manager Veron is a total snob. The most unprofessional staff ever!! Can't wait to move out of this slum they call Cielo Point!!

Charles was the very best fast and very efficient. Extremely patient and showed several properties.
