DO NOT RENT FROM HERE - Worst management company ever. They raised my rent by $1000 when they took over. Mind you, my apartment has never undergone any renovation. They have no sympathy regarding late payments. I was told your account is cleared to pay online. When I went to pay, it was unavailable, so I was charged a $230 fee because I had to wait until Monday, when the office opened, to speak with them, and when I asked for the fee to be waived, I was told NO. Service requests take a whole month, and even then, it still needs to be completed. I came home on a Saturday to find water leaking from the upstairs apartment into my bedroom, which is carpeted. No one was available to stop the leak until Monday, So I had to put plastics and towels all over my bedroom floor to get around. No one came to my apartment to assess the damage or even contact me. I had to use my carpet cleaner/dyer to dry the carpet. In September 2024, I requested a broken toilet, cabinet, and light fixtures, which were damaged from the water leak, and my bathroom sink, which also started leaking. I am still waiting again. I was left alone to fix whatever I could because I am not getting any service in the apartment. I emailed the manager and guess what he never bothered to reply. The receptionist is rude as can be you walk in there and get no acknowledgment from him.
They only care about collecting your money.

Leasing agent said she didn't want to show the apartment because it was drizzling outside. Asked how the area was and she said I don't know i don't live here.

It’s calm and peaceful, I enjoy the neighborhoods the neighbors are friendly. And the maintenance comes as soon as you need them to. Had great experience.

Apartments are a good size but beware of false advertising and unfriendly leasing agents. I was able to apply for an apartment on the website just for them to tell me it’s actually being renovated and would not match the price for another. Not sure why it was offered on the website.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved and had to wait for my water bill which gets billed at the end of the month plus other fees (if any) well, they took forever to tell me the amount due. I moved out on April 12th and received the bill by May 4th. As soon as I saw the email I drove to the leasing office and gave them a cashier’s check and they didn’t give me a receipt so I had to call multiple times on different days just to get proof that I paid everything in full and didn’t owe anything else. Guess what, last month I get calls and emails from a collection company requesting payment on what already was paid (I have the proof). It is inconceivable how they sold all my information to a collection agency for something that is paid off! If you look online these people do this all the time! Moving out of here will be a headache and i think you, who are reading this, should you somewhere else. I was never late with my rent or anything yet they sent me to collection for something that is already paid. I will contact a lawyer because I will not let this go.
