President and BOD are unprofessional and ...
President and BOD are unprofessional and disrespectful towards the owners in this community. They do not proceed to proper communication procedures according to the rules as per example, they do not publish the minutes of the BOD meetings, they do not respond to or follow up with emails and phone calls made by owners. Their capacity to mange the community budget is deficient. A better BOD and management is definitely required
