Clipper on the Bay

If I could give Clipper Apartments zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst place to live in Miami. I’ve been stuck here for two miserable years, and every day is worse than the last. Management is beyond incompetent—they care more about selling units than actually maintaining the ones people live in. I lost groceries due to maintenance issues that should’ve been fixed under my contract, and instead of helping, the landlord told me to pay for plumbing repairs out of pocket. That’s right—pay for something I was already paying for in my lease. Meanwhile, my friend was trying to get basic help, and instead of assisting, they tried to sell her an apartment. Priorities? Nonexistent.
The entire place is a shit show—constant problems, no accountability, and a landlord who would rather make a quick buck than ensure tenants have basic livable conditions. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

Nice apartment with amazing view of miami

Beautiful and quiet Condo in a very nice location, the view of the bay is gorgeous and all the building amenities are excellent and renovated.

I love the view that the place provides us, and the neighbors are very friendly
