Club Caribe Apartments

We had a great experience with Theresa from Club Caribe Condominium. She assisted us very well and was always super attentive. We truly appreciate her services and the staff as well! All the maintenance guys do an excellent job. We highly recommend them!

Although you called me asking me to remove my opinion, which is true, about the Club Caribe condominium, I reiterate the same opinion, that there are many cockroaches, excessive humidity, a lot of mold, and that the management is inefficient and doesn't solve anything. However, you are super efficient in towing our cars, without prior notice, or even a warning before issuing the fine, which would be more coherent, because they are parked in the back and not in the front.
And what's more, you impound our cars at night, when we can't defend ourselves.

However, when it comes to towing our cars without prior notice, or even a warning before applying the fine—which would be more reasonable—just because they are parked in reverse and not head-in, you are super efficient.
What's more, you tow our cars at night when we can't defend ourselves.

From the time we had our tour to move in day, Therese was spectacular! We had an amazing experience renting from Club Caribe, and would highly recommend to everyone. Maintenance was superb, friendly, and timely. Anytime we had a concern, Therese was right there taking care of us. Great quiet neighborhood, in a great area!

I have been living in this condominium for 4 years, in the current administration the employees are great, polite and very helpful.

I was looking for a while for a safe place to call home. Finally I found it. Theresa has been very kind from the beginning of the process. The apartment looks pretty renovated. I can’t wait to moving soon. Theresa runs a tight ship and maintenance is extremely responsive and efficient. Condo and the pool looks pretty clean and affordable. The water is included and the give you parking spot designated. 😁

This place is awesome! Very organized, clean and all requests are attended to promptly. Congratulations to the whole team.
