Country Club Lakes

We are living here and are crazy apprehensive with the fear of so much insecurity in the place, cars being stolen, cars being broken into to steal what is inside, homeless people using drugs in the hallways of the buildings and using drugs in the gym, using drugs in the pool... Anyway, if you can stay away from here, do it! Tifanny, who is the manager of the Condo, simply does not respond to emails about this and places the responsibility on the police. The condo should have its own private security to keep the residents safer, because in the internal groups where the residents are exchanging ideas about this, everyone wants to leave this place. Avoid living here, look for a safe place, especially if you have children.

Vanessa is an amazing assistant manager! She really helps all the guests :)

William and Josh  came here to fix the water heater, they took the old one out and brought a new one. They did an amazing job, cleaned everything afterwards and was very sympathetic!! The guys are great!!!

Maintenance men John and Elvis are a great help to the Country Club Lakes community. They are always in a positive mood to help.

I just wanna say hira was the best she helped me with everything and also the property manager they was kind and sweet and patient with me the helped me with my entire move in process and it was fast and easy and my apartment is gorgeous

I came to their office to help my niece and her husband with an issue regarding a past rent payment. The issue was not on my niece's end, but theirs. However, Tiffany, the property manager realized what had happened and is doing everything she can to solve the problem. I wish more people were like her. Thank you Tiffany!

Condominium with excellent management, the manager Tiffany solves all problems very calmly and with good solutions. The girls at reception are wonderful.

Country club lakes apartments are beautiful with all the new upgrades. . Cherise was very attentive and very professional…

Terrible condominium, I do not recommend it to anyone. I have been trying to receive my refund since September due to their error. I am still waiting for the check, today 01/27, terrible attendants, no one knows how to solve anything.

*FUTURE RENTERS PLEASE READ* We had an apartment lined up here to move in, and something unexpected happened and unfortunately we weren’t able to move in, this apartment complex will keep your security deposit NO MATTER WHAT (which is 600 dollars). You will not get it back even if you have NOT signed a lease. If you sign the addendum form and the application you signing away your right to get your security deposit back if something happens and you can’t move in. Their addendum form and their application from are very misleading with their words which state
“ALL APPLICANTS HAVE
72 HOURS FROM THE DATE THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED TO PROVIDE OR UPLOAD THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. AFTER 72 HOURS ALL MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED AND THE APARTMENT HOLD WILL BE RELEASED”
The office staff DO NOT verbally make you aware that they have a 72 hour rule they just hope that you won’t read it and not ask any questions. After the 72 hours is up they keep your whole security deposit even if you complied with everything they asked and sent in all required documentation and were approved. No where is the application or the addendum form does it state that they will keep it even if you have complied with everything. So if you have an emergency or have a change in moving plans they don’t care and will keep your money if it’s after 72 hours no matter what. We were also told by Vanessa at who works at the office that we could get our security deposit back at any point and didn’t say anything about a 72 hour rule to us and she also acted like she didn’t 100% know what she was talking about either when she was answering our questions. The model apartment that they show is also really nice and then the actual unit you get is a dump. Low ceilings and none of the doors/closet doors work properly, we were told that our unit would be updated and redone and ours was not. This property also does NOT give out corporate contact information which is a red flag and leads me to believe they have issues like this all time because why would they not give you the contact information otherwise. Please save yourself a headache find a different place to rent. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
