Don't stay here unless you want to deal with the worst HOA ON EARTH!! THEY DO NOTHING BUT MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE!

The parking in this community is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Little by little, they stripped away our parking rights. First we parked at the curb bc there’s no parking and now you get a ticket/towed, then you can’t park in the same spot for more than 3 days, and now you can’t park in FRONT OF YOUR OWN HOUSE THAT YOU PAID FOR for not even ONE MINUTE or they TOW you and give you a TICKET so now it’s IMPOSSIBLE to park. Do you know the frustration of driving around for 30 mins and somebody finally gets out of their parking space just for sb else to take it before you do? I’ve CRIED after a long day of work/school. Your next best option is the club house but you have to get out by 7 am or they give you a ticket like ?!. If your guest is coming for an hour or 2, they can’t even park in front of your house or it’s a warning ticket!! Having to drive around for 30 mins to find parking is already hard enough but having to walk at 7 am all the way to the club house is crazy. It may be a short walk but no car should be that far out of reach, especially with this Florida weather. Then now the trash bins can’t be out by your garage, they have to be INSIDE but nobody listened cuz it’s a stupid rule. So now every time you take out the trash, you have to go outside, unlock/open the garage, throw away your trash, lock/close the garage, and then walk back outside and into your house. Why?  for aesthetic, not convenience. And did they say they were going to “make new parking”? Yea that’s a lie that has been said for years. Nothing is accessible!!!

The condominium complex has some strong points but also notable drawbacks, especially for families with younger children. Cons:
• The layout of the units is a major safety concern. Each front door opens directly onto a main road used by residents and guests for entry and exit, making it unsafe for young children to step outside unattended.
• There are only two small parks in the entire complex, which doesn’t provide much space for kids to play.
• There’s no front or back yard space, and I rarely see children playing outside their homes. It feels like my kids are the only ones here, even though I know there are others.
• Based on these factors, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with children under 14 or 15 years old.
Pros:
• The complex is incredibly quiet, making it great for late-night study sessions or Netflix marathons.
• It’s peaceful enough for late-night walks with my dog, and the stillness at night feels like having the whole place to myself.
Overall, this might be a good option for adults or families with older kids, but it’s not ideal for families with younger children.

I am a consistent guest at cobblestone and it is a horrendous neighborhood. The line to just get in can take 20 minutes to an hour because the security guards are lazy. Not enough guest parking, you will be going around the community forever unless you get lucky. I parked at the clubhouse because there were no parking and the next morning my car was gone/towed. $200 dollars just to have my car back when i was just trying to stay at my families house. While a bunch of others are still parked at the clubhouse AND in staff parking.

only one vehicle allowed to have a gate sticker, no parking after 5 pm, car towed multiple times, entrance gate backed up to the highway.

Don’t move to this community to get in. It takes 30 minutes and your family is waiting for you and you can’t get in the security. Force is very rude and nobody cares stay away. Have a nice day.

What’s happen. Why security working so lazy. For enter, I waited 20 min. What’s goin on. To many cars. 1 car / 5 min. !!!!
