What’s happen. Why security working so lazy. For enter, I waited 20 min. What’s goin on. To many cars. 1 car / 5 min. !!!!

A great looking community to live in the BIG issue is the Miami Management Company who runs the association.Terrible customer service,Rude and never around to support residents.Hope you don't run into any issues, good luck !

Resident for 10.5 years in community, no issue with management  yet, all I can say I always treated the staff with respect, and the staff have never been disrespectful. It was shaky in the past but lots of improvements has been made etc.. towing, parking has improved because other areas are available for parking , security level camera in the community due to a Homicide ( I believe they were someone's guests). Any concerns I experienced I always call them and discussed.  It is safe to live here I love it. I am not scare of walking my dogs at 1 am including other neighbors.  I wish the community was even bigger with independent family home, and a Tennis court. I love my Cobblestone community!
