Sofia solana was great.helped me through all steps. Highly recommend her.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. When we moved, it was things to be done like: the place was not clean, like spider webs on the wall.
The oven was not connected.
The windows from the balcony not possible to open. Leaking faucet... ac cabinet so dirty. And I was pregnant and bringing our newborn to this place....
The lease started on a Monday.
It was said that on Thursday would be done. On Friday still working. And I was almost delivering my baby.
It was like they were doing a favor to us. And we paid everything on time.
Now that we had to break the lease, we payed the fine (2months of the rental). Nobody told us the
corner unit is easy to be rented.  OK, God will provide more to us....
We paid all the hidden fees (be careful with that).
Now we got notified letter from them: it will be discount from the deposit  $45.38 from water and sewer! We paid the other fees and we gave the notice to them. And now, this surprise that we will not get the  full deposit  back.
The only thing that we liked it: the next door neighbor.
If I were you, run away from this place.
It is like a make-up, from one side is beautiful but when you analyze without it...

Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Our agent Lydia has been wonderful. Beautiful community with great amenities and close to everything.

In short, Sofía Solano is also qualified to be a manager due to her magnificent attention. For what this comment is, I express how magnificent my coexistence in the condominium has been due to its valuable work in serving the public as it should be...

Excellent attention and service from Sofía, she answered all of our questions, which were quite a few, and we ended up renting a week ago in Pembroke Cove. The community is very nice, they keep it super clean, the pool is impeccable and the neighbors are super quiet. Very happy with our decision. Lidia also helped us during the process when Sofía was on days off. Very attentive. Thanks to both!

We are fairly new residents. Lydia (leasing consultant) has been extremely helpful and has always been available to help resolve the few issues we've encountered to thus far.
