Great place to live! Inside is all renovated and maintenence is quick. Everything is clean. No bugs and no rats around neighbor.

I lived here for 9 years, recently moving out for work, and it was a great experience. Adam was always polite and a pleasure to deal with, and Walter was quick to respond to service requests. The units are nice and modern looking, with a relatively quiet environment, and the location can't be beat. I would absolutely recommend College Square for anyone looking for an apartment in the Davie area.

Scam -Beware the fee is $100 per person to apply and they have multiple people apply just for one apartment and they let people apply for weeks just to get the $100 fee from each applicant it’s an apartment scam

I really enjoyed living here. The management, Adam is amazing, as well as maintenance, Walter always goes above and beyond. Very clean and modern look, newly renovated, all brand new appliances. Wonderful area, walking distance to main college campuses. Nice pool, nobody bothers you here. Great find, very quiet and the nicest complex in the area for the price. If you’re in the market for an apartment, this is by far the best.

Recently renovated in and out, staff is awesome. Property is always well maintained.
