I love my new condo, the move-in process was really easy. The new administration has made this change a very simple one. Especially Jorge Zerquera, the property manager, always spoke personally with me and my husband and the application was quick. My dog ​​loved the space they have of green areas and the dog park. I highly recommend this place to live.

Scam avoid no attempt were made no call backs nothing have sending all the requested documents so don’t tell me you reached out don’t lie very unprofessional you got me for $500 I’ll let everyone know not to waste there time here. Point blank your management sucks!

People can't make plans here 'cause some of the things are closed. And the people at the office are not always there.

Every time I go to the office they can't help me, I call and they don't answer me. Move in process was seamless. Very clean and beautiful apartments. Thank you Michael and Milagros for making my move in so easy.

These apartments are not worth anything . I’ve been here for 3 years and I will not be renewing. It really sucks and I’m so disappointed. I’ve never never made a maintenance request until after 2 years, no one ever comes I have to literally harass them as a reminder. Everything is falling apart in my apartment. The trash compacter is way on the other side of the building and is an inconvenience to me. It’s always piled up with trash and is so disgusting. My AC broke for over a week two times, I had to die in the heat and buy electrical fans until they finally came to the rescue. Even my neighbors from downstairs left after 2 months because they would not fix their AC. They are not on top of their pests control, they tow your car every chance they get. And I work late shifts, if I get home after a certain time I’m expecting to find a parking. There’s never any so I don’t even understand these new parking rules. The new woman in the office I don’t even know her name but she isn’t doing a great job at all and she’s not even welcoming. They need to bring Liz back. I am happy to be leaving these apartments. It was truly a lesson learned for my first apartment. They even gave me a completely different apartment they told me I would be getting at move in day and I had no choice but to accept it because I didn’t know any better. Everything in my apartment was dirty looking, they didn’t bother to paint the walls and make it decent looking before I moved in . You guys have to do better especially with these prices increasing. I don’t have no patio, ice maker, dishwasher or ceiling fans. These apartments are old as hell go spend for money else where. I recently moved in and want to thank Miley for an amazing, easy, and painless transition. I literally walked into the office, did my application with Miley and was approved within hours and able to move in within days. I appreciate all her efforts and would recommend friends and family.

if I could give it less than one star, I would!!! me and my boyfriend live there for a little over two years before we spent four grand to break our lease because of how disgusting it has gotten  they never have a steady maintenance man. The trash situation is out of control one dumpster for five buildings. There’s trash all over. It smells really really bad. Nobody picks up their dogs poop most of the apartments, have cockroaches and ants and we’ve been waiting over two months to get our security deposit back when we moved out July 1. The manager doesn’t answer the phone or emails. I don’t really know who’s in charge there. they party all night. Everything’s open 24 hours and they stay up all night at the pool nobody cleans up the trash and then it gets invaded by bugs and iguanas they raise your rent at least $300 every year and no maintenance is actually done the week you put it in they just ignore you or even answers the phone when there’s a problem. The parking lots are filled with enormous potholes it floods. they never cut the grass. The landscaping is terrible. The last property manager was so rude and nasty. They’ll tow your car without even letting you know they do it because they don’t send out emails about the registration stickers. I could go on all day  all apartment complexes are the same in Florida but you can find something better than this one I promise you

This place looks like a cheap motel that got renovated as "apartments". Stop taking advantage of people and asking for high rent when these apartments are not worth more that $1000 a month, this is the problem in South Florida, apartment complex that are super super over priced and some people have no choice but to live here. Their end goal is to make money, stop taking advantage of people. The apartments look nothing like the pictures.
