KeyBay Apartments

Slum lords.. put in a maintenance request and it took them 3 weeks to come and replace my stove after I threatened to turn them into housing authority. I couldn’t put another review but between this landlord and the last we had a couple that had a lot of problems. They both abandoned the apartment with their kid and left their BEAUTIFUL puppy behind to die. There were no checks, there wasn’t anything but notes on a door to see if they were even there anymore. A couch sat outside, no cars in their spot, just an apartment and a stench. FOR TWO MONTHS
They refuse to take care of the tenants upon any request made. They obviously don’t care about the wellbeing of anything here.
