Lovely well maintained condo

Tucked away in Wilton Manors. Secure and well kept condo.

I lived in this building for five years as a renter several years ago. Not sure how it is now, but it seemed like every other year there was a special assessment since the building is older and requires quite extensive upkeep. Also, the daily cleaning lady was super kind and friendly for many years, and then at some point she decided she didn't like for me for some reason and refused to greet or acknowledge me at all after that. That being said, the residents are generally friendly and the communication from the HOA was generally good, even as a renter. Location is very central which is an added plus.
