Lovely place

The Village View Apartments! On site office personnel - Mariangie - is an awesome person who makes my living at the Village View worthwhile. She is compassionate about her work and is always available to assist the tenants. Great job Mariangie!  It would be nice if HTG Management would recognize her growth and dedication. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion to serve as our building manager. Great job Mariza!  We appreciate you.

I was on a waiting list for 6years (way to long) but I ended up with a beautiful brand new apartment and building 6th floor wall to wall sliders when you walked in straight thru large balcony looking at downtown Ft.Lauderdale an a direct view of a giant teal blue pool. Bedroom floor to ceiling window awesume 10×10 closet ultra modern fixtures and colors. Bad part my disability got so bad after 1yr I needed a full time caregiver so I was forced to leave as no 2 bedrooms available and leasing office no help.So think ahead. "NOW WHAT DO I DO" LOST IN THE CITY!

It's NICE & CLEAN yet in the middle of downtown FL so it's PERFECT & REASONABLE!!!

It’s very difficult to get any information on this property. I stopped by, no one on the property; Sent an email, no response. I spent a week calling, and only a third-party answering company answered that gave me general information and promised a call back - I’m still waiting. I ended up calling again after a week of trying and finally received a response in a very short answer about how the waiting list is closed. I asked about the approval process and the response was that they aren’t taking anyone. Asked what are the rates, she told me it’s based off the fair market rate in the area. I asked for more information and was told to “Google it.” I asked if there were sister properties that I can apply to; was told go on the website. It was like “pulling teeth” to get information and all I wanted was general information. I’d hate to have my family member live there if that’s the customer service provided to a stranger. Save your time and look somewhere else.

Come off as racial profiling. I was unable to get help with information about property. Staff were very unprofessional and thought he mute the phone and was talking about a resident.

I live here one year ago. Very happy with my apartment and the building is fantastic. The people at the office are always helpull and very nice. Always available when help os needed. . Love it

I am so very Proud to say that in my Life as being a person that has always lived and rented apartments, that no one has even come close to Mariza...The Property Manager....She is always readily available to handle any request and issues that may come up. I see her time to time and she is always very Friendly and Courteous. The property is always Pristine and well manicured and whenever I get a Visitor, they are very envious of my Apartment. I noticed that there are always activities posted for the Tenants....Which I'm sure she is fully responsible for...The first time I met her was at the other property that she managed and she assisted and got me through the entire process of submitting and getting my Lease at this Wonderful Property. My Freinds are always asking how they can get a apartment and all I can tell them is that, Everyone here loves this Property and the way it is ran, and that stems from Mariza and yourself Angie. The Maintenace crew does a Great job of keeping up the Property also...I look forward to Renewing my Lease every year. Again Thank You for everything that This Manangement Team does...Harland McPhun

Though there's a deterrent sign on the door, I was unable to get help with GENERAL information about the community. HTG Properties should be aware of staff and potential Fair Housing violations.
