Recently I visited Silver Creek apts looking for availability of an Apt for my sister and the manager and staff were very attentive kind knowledgeable and gave me enough information. About this wonderful place.

It is a nice and safe place

My only experience with this affordable apartment building property manager located in Goulds, is that they really aren't fair in the application process. They put new applicants at the front of the line, a head of others who were already there first who were already vetted, filled out their applications and paid the fees.  They had already been waiting a while. This after they made it clear to me that it was against the law for them to do just that. I never asked them to do that for me. On top of all this, they gave me the run around. You are lucky if you can get them to pick up the phone when they call.  If this is any indication of how they run the place, I can't hold on to any hope of actually living there and having my needs met as a tenant there.  I read everybody's complaints of this new place of which continue to this day. Why should anyone believe for a second that calling the corporate office would change anything now when it didn't before. People are desperate for a roof over their head when they try to contact this place. One the rare occasion that they answer, they are very discouraging, unkind, and not helpful at all. I'll let everyone in on a little secret, all the other places this same company manages, are exactly the same way about not responding to calls and emails!  I think a dose of their own medicine is in order.  I've since moved on.  I wouldn't want to live in a place like this anyway.

Experience since Day 1 has been phenomenal. Got put on the waitlist and after navigating a few things moving into a nice unit by the end of this weekend.

I've tried at least 5 times to contact them to get more information about rent. It's impossible, it's like no one see their email inbox

They never answer the phone. I took the time to go personally and they won't open the office to me either. Terrible staff.
