Coral Bay Cove Apartments

First and foremost, Karin (Leasing Office) is very rude. She is definitely what these kids call a "KAREN". Her customer service skills are subpar at most. To upper management, please have a sit down with this lady about what it is to provide legendary customer service because definitely she lacks it.

Good place to live and it is a very quiet place

Great community apartments. Amenities pool and gym so good for the residents. Assistance Management is great with communication and customer service!

Brenda and Paula is very rude and unprofessional. They will lie, and come up with anything to try and keep your deposit. Luckily I have pictures and videos to take this place to court of all their wrong doing not just to me but other tenants as well. Very greedy and heartless personnels in that office.

I was a homeless mom struggling to find an apartment at an affordable rate. Every place had 2yr+ waitlists. I walked into Coral Bay Cove since I put my name on their list when they completed construction about 4 years ago. They didn’t have anything available so I walked out disappointed but later that day Brenda called me and said they had a unit opening within a month. The process was extremely fast and within 2 months I was moved in. This literally changed my life for the better. Such a huge relief. I am determined to get the 4 bedroom here and stay here for as long as God gives me.

Brenda is  . Very rude her  attitude on the phone and makes very rude remarks . Not professional at all . If I had to call I always would request to speak to anybody but Brenda . Beautiful apartment but staff and the company who runs the building is sorry . And not helpful at all . I contacted corporate req Jested a call back they told me allow 72 hours never got a call back . There was only one person who was a nice and professional . I think her name was kinde she was very nice and helpful . Maybe people in that office can learn from her to be nicer especially when people are calling for sensitive matters

this place is a fraud avoid this place they kept my deposit and one month of payment i just took them to small claim thieves.
