Redland Crossings

These apartments are a scam, they never fix anything, and when you complain they get upset with you and threaten that they will never fix anything again. Last year I left the apartment clean and in good condition and I visited it with the maintenance person and he confirmed that everything was in good condition and it turns out that they did not return my deposit of $1,400.00 just because they felt like it. They accuse that "many things were left wrong" even though they rented it the next day and the new tenants moved their belongings from the night they vacated the apartment. And those things they publish are false because they were never open in the three years I rented:
*Entertainment
-Club House
-Computer room
-Gym
-Alverca

HORRIBLE place to live, the management here is TRASH!!! We left the place in good conditions and they still didn't give back out deposit of $1,400.00 who does that?!? I was shook at this who does that and how do they get away with something like that with no consequence smh.

The absolute worst place you can rent from. Issues with mold, outlets not working...nothing was ever fixed! and we never got our deposit back despite leaving the apartment in immaculate condition. No explanation whatsoever for keeping over $1200. Now they are trying to make themselves look better by buying fake reviews... All their 5 star reviews were posted "coincidentally" around the same time! Don't fall for this; do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this place and these people at all cost!

If I could rate these apartments a 0 star i definitely would. Management is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Had to move due to Mold growing in my apartment after maintenance checked it and clarified it was indeed Mold but told the property manager it was dirt. NEVER got credit towards rent or compensated anything for any of my damaged property due to mold and management didn’t want to give it either. Wasn’t the only tenant with mold issues either. Would NOT recommend. Repairs weren’t fully done in my apartment and if anything happens management would not care. Getting my lawyer involved.

I will give a 5 star to rendlands crossing  because this have been the first time Since I have been renting all over Miami that I would say it’s neat , clean and affordable renting. I have not had any problems with no one at all. I love my apartment thanks to the management they do a great job 👏🙌

I been living here with my family for the past two years and NEVER had an issue. Probably because my wife pays the bills on time and our apartment is super clean!
