Coral Falls

Lady at the leasing office named Karen seemed obnoxious and impolite to me at first.  Quickly realized she was actually downright cruel.  After she admitted to "swatting at" her son's bearded dragon, I couldn't wait to get away from this animal abuser.  There are many below average rentals around there area on par with this place.  I'm not letting people like this make money off of me.   Shame on her.

Fantastic place to live

The location is hard to get in & out from because of extremely high traffic. Very busy always, the aisles are narrow & short (cut in half). Difficult to navigate. Not a good setup.

Property is well-maintained, quiet area, apartment are well-maintained as well, maintenance response to service request within 24 or 48 hours, leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing.

New maintenance guy is awesome!! Both have actually stepped it up the past few months. Keep up the excellent and courteous service.

The most racist apartment complex I have ever visited. They need black people in their office so the move in rate can be more fair. Smh before I can even ask about the place they gave me an attitude not knowing I'm a lawyer. But I will make sure I tell all of their residents and others about my experience. Their names were Karen and Susie or Suzette. Horrible people!

We love living here we've been living here since 2007 great community very quiet all the neighbors are super friendly and the management staff is very helpful very friendly, great girls in the office.

Me and my husband moved from California to Florida. When looking for apartments we came across to Coral Falls on Google and we were surprised by the reviews. We visited the apartment complex and Karen (manager) provided us an EXCELLENT service. She was polite and she took the time to clarify all of our questions. The leasing process was really easy and we felt welcome. I would highly recommend this place, we're really happy with the service we received and we are excited to start this new chapter here. Thank you Karen!

I recently signed my lease for this place. I must say Property Manager Suzette is a dream to work with. She made the process easy she was helpful and she answered all my questions and I was a walk in and she was accommodating and made me see a model unit within minutes of me getting there. Apartment size was spacious at 1337 sqft for a 2x2 my old apartment was a 3x2 and that was 1297 sqft so you can see why I am pleased. Also for leasing when i did she gave me the month of December for Free. My move in date is September 30th and I am more than excited to move in. Place is quiet and I love the area pretty close to everything in Coral Springs if you rent here you will not be disappointed.
