Not sure why my other review got deleted but this is a REAL ACCOUNT. This is my REAL review. Someone tried to force themselves in my home and  left a dead rodent on my door step. My patio light was stolen and my car was stolen in this complex. I had to purchase a decal even after proving that my car was stolen In this complex.  And I also recall paying the towing company to remove a boot from my tire (50 bucks) even though I had a decal and been here for years. Yes my experience has not been good at all and It is not as safe as I thought around here and there are only cameras in the front. Consider moving elsewhere. Edit:Update - The culprit returned to my home and turned around when he saw the camera. Beware!! ladies that live alone

Has a large dumping ground of couches chairs and whatnot where we need to park our vehicle it's infested with rats underneath that pile in the parking lot needs to be light up a little bit better

I wish there was a lower star than one. They are very rude with noooo understanding, Not even for Sickness, So I hope They dont support breast cancer awareness month. Limited parking noo Maintenance, Just wash my car the maintenance mess it up with trash, They just said oh Sorry about had to pay $90 to clean it back. Horrible horrible services, Slams door while speaking to them because they know you have a lease with them. Noooo understand or Humanitarian in them! None! Oh N you can never ever call the office and get them if you are a busy person stay away!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I had in my life. Within the first 30 days of moving in AC was not working, then again 30 days later, and then two more times within my lease just for the AC guys to tell me the AC unit is ancient, super old and they need to replace it which of course they never did. I had a major roach problem, and the one time I asked for them to come, the two guys they hired to spray my apartment were in there for at most 5 minutes and the roach problem got even worse. So I had to call my own people to get the issue resolved. Also probably the most disgusting issue was my dishwasher, never not once was my dishwasher used and it would hold up water everytime I used it. It would leak nasty, smelling water every couple of days. I asked for them to send someone and come and see it. And Ofcourse they did send someone who all they did was turn my dishwasher on add Clorox and turn it off, how much did they charge? $85. These crooks will eat your money alive. They turn off the water every two weeks. To get a hold of them, yeah right. My almost $3000 registration fee, they held over $2000 for fees that you wouldn’t even imagine. This place is the worst, I will never in my life recommend this place or. Even drive near them. It is truly so upsetting to see these people continuously take advantage.
