Coral Key Condominiums

These condos seem to be mostly descent on the inside, not nice, but just descent. No major problems inside, depending on the owner/landlord. Some apartments have german cockroaches and very old appliances and old A/C units (not updated). Some units are updated and look very nice. On the OUTSIDE: Exit signs are burned out. All condo doors are rusted and the doors and hallway floors need painting. The grass/landscaping is very nice. Dumpster is always full of furniture, non residents dump their trash in our dumpster or leave it in the grass. Mostly safe here. Property management does try to keep things in good shape. Parking is horrible. I sometimes park 1,000 feet from my apartment because parking lots are filled with visitors and extra tenants. Gym is open and the equipment is ok, just very old but still functional, and you can still work out.  Way better than it was 5 years ago. You get what you pay for.

Very nice and quiet

This place is the worst. I been living here for 3 years and thanks god I’m moving out of here. The first year was good, the second year everything started going downhill. The entire building always stinks like weed, the neighbors from downstairs are always partying with loud music on weekends until late night. They been fixing the stairs for about a year.
