Avana Coral Springs

The best decision I made was moving to Avana Coral Springs place well maintain the management and staff very respectful they don’t let you ask twice all my  request was answered and taken care of same day or the next morning early I couldn’t ask for nothing better I love this apartment!!!!

We can't sleep well here, neighbors act like they own this place. I'm so tired of reporting the loud neighbors, it’s insane but unfortunately the office doesn't do anything. If you work from home forget about it. If you want to smell and see dog poop all over the condominium, come live here.  If you want to hear dogs barking all the time and non-stop, no matter what time, come live here.  If you want to see mold and bugs, come live here. If you want to have rude neighbors slamming the door doesn't matter what time and making noise, come live here. you will see many police cars responding to incidents. This place it's a completely rude.

SKETCHY STAFF & COMPLEX. New leasing manager NADINE is TERRIBLE to deal with. She will never admit she’s wrong & will make you feel like an idiot when expressing genuine concerns — well that’s WHEN SHE ACTUALLY RESPONDS.  This place needs to be shut down. The apartments are not safe to live in - termites, mold, etc. Nadine is a mean, nasty, unhappy woman. They do NOT care about their tenants and are very unpleasant and not willing to help in any way. The only thing looking up was the new maintenance guy Pablo and after about a month he’s gone. Maybe because he actually wanted to help & fix the problem rather than put a band aid on everything with toxic materials & products. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! All they want is money & where is it going?!!! Clearly not into these OUTDATED apartments with NO new amenities. Any review advice 1 star is staff using fake accounts. Not to mention everytime the apartment gets an inspection, the association changes - SKETCHY. What are they hiding???????

This place is absolutely horrible . DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Management is terrible , as soon as we moved in EVERYTHING changed  . First of all the apartment we were shown and originally selected wasn’t the apartment we were moved into. After signing the lease , that changed and we were stuck with a apartment we did not select or even see. We were not informed of any changes or switches in the selection. And all of this was done after we signed the lease and paid our money. Once we arrived we were handed keys to a totally different apartment, and we had no knowledge of the change literally until the day of move in. The billing breakdown is sketchy . The apartment itself is outdated , don’t be fooled! The new Management is absolutely terrible , and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE . I have experienced everything from mold to pest infestation, literally 1 month after moving in . My girlfriend and I were terribley sick from the mold growing in the apartment , and nothing was done about it .
We have made several of our issues known to management and nothing was done . The new property manager is unreasonable and just doesn’t care (and clearly has favoritism towards tenants) . My emails have been ignored , and if I was not stuck in the lease (or having to pay ridiculous fees for breaking the lease) I would have honestly left this place the VERY FIRST MONTH . For the amount paid every month it is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT.
RUN FOR THE HILLS , I don’t care what they advertise or how things seem . Everything that glitters isn’t gold , avoid this place at all costs . You will regret it , all the “positive” reviews are absolute bogus and lies . If I could give negative zero stars I would .

These ppl did not want to give me back my security deposit. Corporate and the main office communication was very conflicting and they did not have same information. It was all nice when I had to move in until things changed. I would have gone back or recommend ppl if I had a better experience all the way through.

Very beautifully remodeled apartment homes surrounding a serene landscape and picturesque decor. Nice place to raise a family. Good prices and super packed with posh amenities. Community pool and relaxing spa is open for the residents daily morning to evening. Including a  Car wash area equipped with vacuum and cleaning tools. Highly recommended.

Today i was serviced by the new management guy Pablo and he was very polite and helpful ! He resolved my problem I’ve had for a long time THE CORRECT WAY THE FIRST  TIME I truly appreciated it. Made me feel like what I’m paying is worth it !

Pablo the maintenance supervisor is good. Came and made sure my sink was fixed quickly, he was friendly and asked about how my apartment and experience was in the community.

The worst place to live. I am staying here from 2019. When I first came here to visit my friend I was in love with the place by it's vintage look and large patio and got to know that "the maintenance service is good". But after moving almost everyday I see the police cars and swat teams are looking for criminals here.This place has no security cameras, no entry gate, I must say this place is not safe at all.Furthermore I saw an accident in front of my window inside the community. I am thrilled to see how the inside community road can be full of blind spots that  can lead to accident.I don't want to say anything bad about the maintenance service because the service workers are really good at their job and they always try to solve the problems as fast as they can .

DONT MOVE HERE!!! They can care less about your needs my kitchen lights have been broken for almost 2 weeks
