Ramblewood East Condominium

If you're thinking about leasing an apartment off the association rental program think twice. They will steal and keep your deposit, they will charge you if they AC stops working because they don't do their due diligence keeping the AC lines clean. They won't send pest control at all which will leave your apartment roach infected and the balcony screens were falling off into piece which they never fix in 2 yrs even though they promised they'll put new patio screens. Hear me out, don't rent from the HOA, rent from a private homeowner instead. We painted the whole apartment, fixed every single little hole on the walls, we vacate the apartment looking better than when we rent it from them and still kept my deposit.

Just like other people have said, the HOA president (and his wife) are buying out the unit owners so they can continue their very lucrative business of "remodeling the units" and renting them out. If you're a private owner there's a no rent policy for 1 yr, meanwhile the president buys the units, the same contractor Ocean Front Services comes and repairs them (pretty sure the contractor gives them a commission fee) and then the management company owned by the wife rents the units and gets paid a commission too. They deny potential buyers for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON and then shamelessly tell the realtor that the HOA is buying the unit. Can't believe such a corrupt business can exist for so many years and no authority has been capable of even looking into that

My family and I had a very positive experience living at Ramblewood East for the last 4 years. Any requests for repairs we made were always addressed in a timely manner. We were blessed with friendly and kind neighbors in a safe community. The rent was reasonable; living there was instrumental in helping us to become homeowners. Thank you for helping to change our lives, we will always remember that!

the neigboorhood not to bad, but the office not friendly. the young white girl is so sweet. if you avoid the office vibes everything is great. its a great location with all the new upgrades on University.  did have a visitor turn squatter thank the lord for the new law. because i own im giving it 5 starts.

It is quiet and clean and is super well located, everything is very close.

Well run and has seen a lot of improvements over the last few years after it was in a period of decline

This is the only review I’ve ever left in my entire life. My girlfriend got charged $350 because I threw out items from the apartment in a place I wasn’t supposed to, apparently. There were two maintenance guys there at the time who absolutely refused to tell me the correct place to take the items. They literally just stared down at their phones and wouldn’t answer me. Mind you, the place where I did discard the items contained the same exact type of items (bedding, furniture etc).
