The president and his wife are the ones ...
The president and his wife are the ones running the entire operation. The wife is suppose to be a volunteer however she is involved in every financials, she acts as the office manager and directs everyone in the office along beside her husband. The president denies applications so that he can take over the condo being sold to add to the number of units that are owned by the association second entity. The association is in plenty of debt. Please be aware of moving into this property. The president and his wife is not looking out for the best interest of the property. None of the amenities is available to the resident of the association for years.

I love this place they take care of you like a family if they is a problem they take care of it really fast. I would recommend people to leave here.
