Beautiful condo

I have been living here for 4 years. There owners and tenants are friendly. My balcony is enormous (about 500 sqft) and faces downtown Miami. The view is quite impressive. There are ongoing renovations taking place here, but I consider that a good thing for the homeowners. The new Board members, which were elected this year, have been making significant progress on the upcoming projects, and I see a bright future ahead. I have thought of leaving, but my balcony is too important to to me and my wife. We love it here.

So so... old

I been living here for only 3 months and there’s always something going on, the apartment next to mine is been remodeled and it was always noise since the morning for about a month sometimes I worked from home so that was very annoying, now the lobby is getting fixed which i understand because I was some problems with the selling (I know is an old building), but what It really bothers me is that at the same time they decide to close the elevator is been 3 days and I live in the 9 floor I need to go up and down at list couple times at day almost 150 steps each time, I can’t even imagine how all the older people in this building is handing this issue. I love my apartment I wish just everything else outside my place was functional

Very well located

Terrible environment. They dont let you receive packages, have guests, or park your car in YOUR OWN SPOT for more than three days straight. They only put out the trash and recycling bins on mondays so you have to keep your waste in your apartment all week. This is a truly awful building that I would not suggest anybody live in in
