So so... old

I been living here for only 3 months and there’s always something going on, the apartment next to mine is been remodeled and it was always noise since the morning for about a month sometimes I worked from home so that was very annoying, now the lobby is getting fixed which i understand because I was some problems with the selling (I know is an old building), but what It really bothers me is that at the same time they decide to close the elevator is been 3 days and I live in the 9 floor I need to go up and down at list couple times at day almost 150 steps each time, I can’t even imagine how all the older people in this building is handing this issue. I love my apartment I wish just everything else outside my place was functional

Terrible environment. They dont let you receive packages, have guests, or park your car in YOUR OWN SPOT for more than three days straight. They only put out the trash and recycling bins on mondays so you have to keep your waste in your apartment all week. This is a truly awful building that I would not suggest anybody live in in

Worst Place to live!!!!!!!!!! If you care about ur money and your family this definitely won't be a place for you. Cars get towing for no reason after 7:00 pm cars cant be in a visitor space without the security guard authorization. Apartments are noisy, you can even hear the neighbors conversations. There is no consideration from the association staff. These people don't even look at our eyes when they talk. In one word, Hell!!!!!!!! The worst place to live!!!!! If a person respects his money and his family, he should not rent in that place. All the people who work in the association are Bulgarians and lack respect, these people do not look in the eye when they speak. The Sequirity tow the cars at any time even if they are in visitors. After 7:00 pm they tow all visitors' cars and if you have visitors you have to ask for a special pass. The neighbors are noisy and do not consider noises to be heard. You can hear the conversations and even the footsteps of the people next door without mentioning that if they have pets they will not let you sleep. I tell my experience because I have suffered a great trauma, not only for myself, but also for my daughter. One more detail about parking, if you park your car next to the line that divides the parking lot, you will be towed. And the spaces are not very big, they are bicycle parking lots. I hope my story tells so that no one makes my mistake. And if they commit it, they will remember this comment. Thank you

Is a great location.  Close to cvs, publix, banks and coral and US1.  Been living for over 7 years there. Its gated, excelent security.  With a gym, a recreational sitting area next to pool.  Also a very nice enclosed area with a/c ready for meetings, reunions or parties, has to be reserved.  Also the building has been well kept.  Ref. to Maintenance.

This apartment building has assigned parking spaces in the garage. It's correct that there are only limited guest parking spaces, but tenants can open the gate by mobile phone for guests. By the way, the administration had some changes recently. Sorry to hear that you had issues in the past, Yaz.
