My husband and I moved in almost a year ...
My husband and I moved in almost a year ago, in April 2023 and I have been waiting to leave a review just to be able to give an honest review. So far we have absolutely loved living here! Our apartment is very modern and beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever come across. The facilities are wonderful and I haven't ever had a complaint about the gym or pools. Our neighbors are all very respectful and quiet. We feel very safe at the Harbor. Frantzy from the main office was very helpful to us and very thorough with the leasing process, we really appreciate his transparency and above and beyond service. We have never had any issues with parking. Overall, our experience so far has been 5-stars!

I lived here 20 years and now came back ...
I lived here 20 years and now came back to find them completely renovated to my surprise beautiful and the staff is amazing!!! Love Sandy she was very helpful efficient and fast with the process. So greatful to be here again.

I have been living here at the harbor for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. Frantzy at the front is the absolute man and by any means will take care of you! The maintenance staff always makes sure to say hi to me, and they keep it clean! No disruptive neighbors and def worth every penny. By far the best bang for your buck! Outstanding service all around!

I lived at the Harbor for a little over ...
I lived at the Harbor for a little over a year. While there were little things here and there, overall, I was very happy during the time I lived here. The office staff was kind, the apartment was nice and modern with a great layout. The amenities were good and parking was only maybe an issue 2 times the whole time we lived there. And even when it took me a minute to find parking, I did find a spot. No place is perfect, but I was happy to live here and would recommend this place to others.

Lived here for the past 3 years, no complaints. Front office is nice, very accommodating. Cute and quiet community. Amazing location. You have everything you need right outside your complex, grocery, gym, hardware, shopping malls, restaurants and more. Good neighborhood for small families

The facility is top notch which is what caught my eye! Communication with Frantzy was easy. He was always professional and informational. Any questions I had he was willing to help.
