After spending over two years at Core, I can confidently say it’s been a wonderful experience. The building’s amenities and location are fantastic, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional team behind it. The concierge team, including Brenda, Matthew, and Rebecca, has always gone above and beyond to make life here comfortable and convenient. Whether it was assisting with deliveries or simply greeting residents with a warm smile, their professionalism and kindness truly stood out.
On the leasing side, Matt and Deshanell were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. From the day I signed my lease to the end of my time here, they were always responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with.

I truly love living in this building! I’ve lived here for over a year and a half and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. It’s honestly a great place to live where they know the tenants by their first name. It’s always a pleasure heading to work and hearing Brenda in the morning wishing me a great day and also equally amazing come home from work and Rebecca asking how was my day! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new apartment to check this location out.
