We recently moved in and have to say the whole process from the first inquiry to now has been great.  Alisson really takes ownership and cares about what she does.  We had a problem with the bathroom when we first moved in and it was fixed in less than a day.  Very efficient.  Great location and neighbors who seem respectful and kind. Not many places took our cat so very happy. Would suggest some changes to how the lease is signed but minor inconvenience in the grand scheme.  Very happy we choose The Mile.

My experience at The Mile has been extremely positive so far. The management and front desk staff, Sofia and Alisson are very helpful. You can tell they truly care about their residents. And I love my apartment! From the floors to the spacious kitchen to the trees outside my window, it’s all amazing!

The Mile offers a wide range of top-notch facilities that cater to every resident's needs and desires. The state-of-the-art fitness center became my go-to spot for staying active and fit. The swimming pool, with its serene ambiance and crystal-clear waters, provided the perfect oasis for relaxation on hot summer days. And the meticulously maintained outdoor areas were a true delight, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
However, what truly sets The Mile apart is the remarkable service provided by the management team. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Allison, Santiago, and Sofia for their unwavering dedication and exceptional service. Allison's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly was truly commendable. She consistently went above and beyond to address any concerns promptly and efficiently.
Santiago, with his friendly and approachable demeanor, made every interaction a pleasant and memorable experience. He was always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, ensuring that residents felt welcomed and valued. And Sofia, with her warm and welcoming personality, created a sense of community that made The Mile feel like more than just a place to live.
I am immensely grateful for the amazing service provided by Allison, Santiago, and Sofia. Their genuine care and dedication made The Mile feel like a true home, and their efforts in fostering a sense of community among residents were truly remarkable.

My two years at The Mile were nothing short of extraordinary, and I will forever cherish the memories made there.

I lived 7 years in this building and no regrets. Allison and the rest of the team were the most stable staff as there was a lot of turnover before them. Allison ia the best, always helpful and courteous. Caridad who kept the building spotless as if it were her own, very hard working lady and extremely pleasant. Santiago in maintenance had everything handled, always. Will miss living here very much. This is living proof that people make a residential building special. Forever grateful!

Living here has been an amazing experience.  From the very first day that we visited in July 2022, and moving in August 2022, it has been nothing but an amazing living experience.  The management is very professional,  especially Mrs.Allison. Her professionalism is top notch. She has the best personality.  She is very knowledgeable and so sweet.  Thanks for making our living experience welcoming, safe, and comfortable.

I must say, Santiago, the maintenance guy of my apartment building, is absolutely fantastic! From the very first day I moved in, he has been incredibly diligent and responsive. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a blown light bulb, Santiago fixes everything with skill and efficiency. Not only is he a master of his craft, but he's also friendly and approachable, always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile. I can't thank him enough for making our living experience here delightful and worry-free. Santiago truly deserves all the appreciation and praise for his outstanding dedication to keeping our home in tip-top shape!
