We have lived in a few apartments in Mia ...
We have lived in a few apartments in Miami and this one has been our favorite! The location is unmatched for the price and the management was always so nice and helpful! The Coral Gables area has everything you could want within walking distance so this apartment is in the perfect spot. The units have gorgeous views of the city and our sunsets were always my favorite part of the day. This is not sponsored or anything, I just love this place!

Very happy with my living experience her ...
Very happy with my living experience here. Every member of the mile staff are kind and very helpful from the front office, the maintenance, and the groundkeepers. They are all very friendly and courteous. Just resigned our leave for another year. The complex is very clean and the apartments are very spacious. Overall, this is a wonderful apartment complex in Miami!

We love the mile! We’ve lived here for the past 3 years and having nothing but positive things to say. The whole team is always there for you and makes the building so warm and welcoming. They make the entire experience of renting a luxury. I can’t imagine living anywhere else! Love love this place!

We recently moved into the mile and absolutely love it! Literally 1/2 block from miracle mile you can’t beat the location. Nick, Allison and the whole staff are always very friendly, accommodating and helpful with any requests we have. Apartments are beautiful with tile floors modern finishes and maintenance staff addresses requests very quickly. The property is always kept clean and the amenities are great. Would highly recommend the Mile!

Amazing building! The apartments are ample, full of natural light, and very well equipped. The managing and cleaning teams are fantastic, they are very welcoming and always helpful. A special shout out to Alisson who has helped me greatly with the rent application and while settling in.
