Beautiful and clean place!! I stayed here for 5 months and maintenance responds very efficiently! Apartment has a smart-home system, would definitely recommend you to stay here!

Very happy with our 3 year stay at Orduna. The condos are conveniently located near the university. Management was very responsive to any requests!

I moved out recently due to a relocation but I lived there for 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The outdoor space is wonderful. Plus the management team was very responsive when I needed something. I would definitely recommend!

Great units whether staying short term on a vacation or remodel. So easy to check-in, nicely furnished, very secure. Have also had many friends stay here and loved it for 1 year leases, as well. Excellent location and quick to all major areas of Miami.
