Great place to live been here for many years. I wanted to recognize an individual who has really made a difference in our complex. Although the rent is high like everywhere else in our area I put a value on service and Lane Ward the supervisor of the crew that maintains the complex is great. You can speak to him on the complex about any problem and he is right there. He goes above and beyond to take care of things and there are no delays. He's great and I as a renter here I appreciate the way he takes care of things now not like in the past. There is a value on service and Lane Ward is the value. Thanks Lane for the service.

Very GHETTO community.  Not only their maintenance team really needs to change, but they rent out their units incomplete. Whoever does the punchouts needs to learn about properties. My entire apartments has stuff from day one broken. 3 months now I can't hv a proper fridge. Not only do the office harasse the residents for the simplest things, police is always in here. GO ELSEWHERE....GHETTO COMMUNITY, PROPERTY MANAGER SEEMS TO BE THEIR TO HARASSE the tenants..maintenance doesn't know ANYTHING!!!

Since the new office staff have been in place it has been great! This flower making saved me so much time and headache.Thank you bianca for making this effortless for me .

Valentines Bouquet 💐 Bar.  Beautifully put together and appreciated.  I was able to make a beautiful arrangement of flowers and a bit with socializing residents.  Appreciated the fruit and bagels and 🍩 donuts.  Thanks again

The community is very quiet, organized and clean.

Bianca Greene the new rep in the office is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff member. She is very disrespectful, she doesn’t care when you speak to her, the management is awful I don’t know how you can put someone like that in the community to work and help people, because she never helps she’s always busy “busy speaking on the phone and always in headphones” she has the worst customer service and attitude.

Apartments are huge. The community offers a lot of great amenities.
