New Park Towers Apartments

LISTEN AND READ WITH CAUTION!!! Do not stay here!!!! First of all THIS IS A MONTH TO MONTH PLACE! I didn't know until a month later of me moving in a requesting a copy of my lease I never got in the first place! It said expires 4/2024, I moved in 3/2024. Month to Month is the worst thing you can give first, last and security deposit to because they can make up a reason to evict you! They told me they have an OPEN DOOR POLICY, if I ever have issues just inform them. Well I had a loss of income and had to pay them in increments, Half the first half of the month, half the next half of the month. We are all humans and LIFE HAPPENS! DO NOT STAY HERE! They will treat you like a number and not like a human! It is a business! They were real quick to start the eviction process with me! There are other things constantly wrong! The pool is only open Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm. Saturdays 9am-1pm. SUNDAYS THE POOL IS COMPLETELY CLOSED! Its a beautiful clean pool, BECAUSE NO ONE EVER USES IT!!! There is literally a pad lock on the door! The washers and dryers DO NOT EVER WORK. I have wasted so much money on the machines, and have NEVER gotten a refund! The elevators are broken OFTEN!! The Gym has the same hours of the pool. I have never used it because I work 9am-5pm. Alvaro the property manager is a TOTAL DOUCHE! Extremely cold and short EVEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT HAVING ISSUES...The open door policy is NONEXISTENT with the guy. If you have a family, I would not recommend you stay there, there a signs everywhere that say NO BALL PLAY and STAY OFF THE GRASS. In my honest opinion its like a jail! On top of it they are converting most of the units to section 8, and that's the real reason why they wanted my unit back. Fix it up, charge the government the maximum, and the section 8 renter still pay their part. If you just want to live in a place just to say you have a place, then forget what I just said. But if you are looking for a home and comfort THIS ISN'T THE PLACE! They get them in and get them out!

I have no complaints about the unit itself. I was surprised that the kitchen(appliances) and bathrooms were up to date. The only issues I had was they are quick to tow your car if it’s not registered. They only give you about 30 days  or so with registering your car. After that you can’t register it anymore, which is the dumbest thing I’ve heard of!!! Most people like myself was borrowing other people’s cars!! The other issue was that racist apartment manager Alvaro. He was a jerk!!! He probably only helped his people!!!

Racist, landlord and office staff are SCAMMERS. Will be reported to state. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!

BEWARE : They are crooks! The first tell tale sign is that the front office door is locked at all times. Then the handful of washers and dryers for the hundred of tenants. There is no guest parking and if they park elsewhere they will be towed. They will tell you to come in, show you the unit, take your $100 application fee and then deny you by the next day. They charge for the application but don’t do real background checks, they only check the clerk of courts website . The office manager who processes the approvals Christina, does not take calls. Her assistant, Shantell, who works as the front desk receptionist, has a terrible attitude and there was a bad odor in her vicinity. She looked over my “background” and said I should be fine as my only charge was years old. The next day I was contacted by someone else and advised I was denied. No processing of the application whatsoever. They brought up a domestic violence charge where I was the victim, that’s how I know they don’t run an actual background check. Complete jokes 🤭! Run run run! Don’t waste your time or your money. The other reviews are truuuuuue! Will be filing a complaint against this fraudulent company!

Management team sucks, they don’t respect anyone, the elevator never works, twice a month you can’t use your water until 5pm in the afternoon, when you move out they find every reason to not give you your security deposit, and also they charge for a whole bunch of unnecessary things when you move out!!!! The management team is horrible.

Worse place ever , my friend son  was in the garden for days and no one noticed he was there pass away… management is terrible that place is for wild animals , I wish there was a zero stars

These apartments make you feel like you’re in jail they are not kids friendly your kids can’t play outside parking is very strict they will tow your car very fast. They pay all this money for the parking but Do not have no security.
