Cottage Cove

The greatest place I've lived in a while. The personnel in the office is exceptional. They'll assist and collaborate with you. Additionally, maintenance is excellent. When something goes wrong, they immediately address it. Very friendly community. really silent. Love it, love it, love it!

It has been a wonderful time at Cottage Cove. The employees are friendly and prompt in resolving issues. Without a doubt, I would tell a friend about it!

I had a very competent leasing agent who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed when I was renting my first apartment. The amazing residential complex at Miami Gardens is called Cottage Cove. In addition to the apartment experience, I was astounded by this place's pleasant and kind atmosphere.

All positive reviews are created by staff. Checkout the low star ratings as those will be the real reviews and STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!! Since the day I went to get my keys until the day I moved out I had issues with this place. I was told it would be fully renovated/move in ready (but the apartment was filthy), the model unit that I was shown was not what I received, kitchen was not renovated as I was promised (it came with old cabinets with oil/roaches/hair stuck on the doors), my living room A/C unit was not new as stated when signing the lease when I went to clean it there was mold/mildew and the coils were black, the bedroom only had a fan (the leasing office had guaranteed I’d have a A/C unit in the room) I had to buy my own and install it throw the bedroom window which is not safe and it’s an easy break in for the thieves in the area, my bathroom sink completely fell off the wall a week after moving in, my tub was constantly clogged; sometimes I’d come home and find grass and insects stuck on my just cleaned tub (I never had a proper bubble bath cause I was disgusted by the things I’d see come out of there), Maintenance closes ticket requests without fixing the jobs, while the renovations team broke down walls next door they dropped a whole bar shelf in my unit (broke glassware) I informed the office/requested reimbursement and was denied, random people would try to open the front door at all hours of the night, there was a known peeping Tom that would NEVER get caught by the police, there was no security and tons of theft. My alarm system didn’t work AT ALL while living there. I had to install my own CCTV system to have some sense of security.
The same week I installed the CCTV I caught 3 people trying to open my car and my boyfriend’s car. A few days later the same people broke into my neighbors car. Peeping Tom was caught on camera plenty of times but while living there the cops were unable to catch him.
Management (Vanessa) was well aware of EVERYTHING and did NOTHING but said she understands/she apologizes and to call the police when something happens.
Only + is leasing agent Amir. He’s always been great/hard working and even goes the extra mile and plays security at night (he tries to keep the bad guys out). Also, my neighbors were great!

I have been a resident of this home for a period of two years, and I must say that the staff, particularly Tamara, is truly exceptional. Whether it is day or night, she maintains a pleasant demeanor and is always prepared to offer her assistance!

I've been living here for over a year now. Recently, crimes and robberies have become very frequent, a month ago my car was stolen, and 2 days ago a window was broken in my car, I would like to ask the administration to take security more seriously. For example, install CCTV cameras

The population in the area is quite friendly. The caregivers and staff are incredibly kind and accommodating!!
