1yr review 1b 1b: Welcome to Cove, where cars get broken into and stolen in broad daylight. Wheels get taken off cars if you dont have locks nuts in them. Cars get towed from guest spots for not paying per night. Rent is 1,800 or higher with pests included(that 1,500 listing is missing all those lovely fees~) Where ur water will be yellow from iron deposits cuz of old plumbing(get a filter for your water btw). Where ur walls are paperthin and personnel can just unlock ur front door whenever they feel like it even when your home sleeping cuz of a mandatory work order. Where Air filters are your problem and if they're dirty oops that's a $150 fine. Cameras installed but not for you~ its for corporate for their investment property. Complementary added $20 to rent for them to take ur trash out for you, and no, you can't reject it. 10% of yout total rent per day late will be added to what u owe that month, and maintenance might fix that issue you have eventually if it's a priority. Property has been under new management since around last year, and front desk personnel changes monthly. They feel your pain its just a job to them. I'd point your anger and frustration to the management. I'd say the only great thing is fiber internet and your own parking spot (wow).
If you can afford an almost 2k rent for a 1b1b or a 2.5k 2b1b, it's your money. Just read the lease contract and set an alarm for 60 days prior to your lease ending cuz they wont remind you and will take your deposit pointing to the contract ❤️ forcing you to break and pay more or staying another term~
The gentrification process to make this property overvalued is on track.
