Love it here I love it here friendly service and staff help you with your needs if you need help with situations I just love it a person who don't know nobody just moved here and going through cancer it was a relief to know that they care.

Best decision I made was to move to Cottage Cove! Amazing nature around, clean air, cozy private cottages and great service from management. Specifically, I would like to say thank you to Daria, who is an amazing person and is always glad to help!

My boyfriend and I moved into the Cottage Cove a couple of months ago and we LOVE it! The community is quiet and the landscape is beautiful to look at from your patio. The units are updated and you can't beat the affordability. The maintenance staff is quick, friendly, and on top of requests.

I loved Daira's attention as well as the other girls in the office, I managed to solve what I needed, thank you very much.

Unsafe area, shoddy management. My car was stolen in broad daylight on May 5 2024 here. Management claims they are in the process of installing a CCTV system, but that’s been ongoing for over 6 months. There is no security and no assurance of your safety while you live here. I’ve seen shady figures prowl around, and there is always some kind of police activity nearby. Rent is cheap, and you get what you pay for I suppose. UPDATE: Mail theft.

1yr review 1b 1b: Welcome to Cove, where cars get broken into and stolen in broad daylight. Wheels get taken off cars if you dont have locks nuts in them. Cars get towed from guest spots for not paying per night. Rent is 1,800 or higher with pests included(that 1,500 listing is missing all those lovely fees~) Where ur water will be yellow from iron deposits cuz of old plumbing(get a filter for your water btw). Where ur walls are paperthin and personnel can just unlock ur front door whenever they feel like it even when your home sleeping cuz of a mandatory work order. Where Air filters are your problem and if they're dirty oops that's a $150 fine. Cameras installed but not for you~ its for corporate for their investment property. Complementary added $20 to rent for them to take ur trash out for you, and no, you can't reject it. 10% of yout total rent per day late will be added to what u owe that month, and maintenance might fix that issue you have eventually if it's a priority. Property has been under new management since around last year, and front desk personnel changes monthly. They feel your pain its just a job to them. I'd point your anger and frustration to the management. I'd say the only great thing is fiber internet and your own parking spot (wow).
If you can afford an almost 2k rent for a 1b1b or a 2.5k 2b1b, it's your money. Just read the lease contract and set an alarm for 60 days prior to your lease ending cuz they wont remind you and will take your deposit pointing to the contract ❤️ forcing  you to break and pay more or staying another term~
The gentrification process to make this property overvalued is on track.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We particularly loved the outdoor space—sipping coffee on the porch while soaking in the peaceful views was a highlight of our trip.

Highlights include a beautiful community, a responsive maintenance team, and an incredible staff. For the price, the flats are pretty good. I haven't had many complaints about this house after a year. Amir is the best lease agent I have ever dealt with. He remembers your name, greets you with a grin, and promptly takes care of any issues or complaints you may have.

Horrible. Houses are full of roaches. Your house or your car will be broken into. Management is horrible. Plumbing is terrible, you take a shower and dirty water leaks through cracks of your walls. Disgusting. STAY AWAY.
