Trash pick up came at 7pm tonight and is ...
Trash pick up came at 7pm tonight and is supposed to start from 8. They also sometimes leave the folded box I leave out with ONE bag of trash sometimes.

Less than a month after I renew my lease ...
Less than a month after I renew my lease they decided to implement a parking system that the majority of the tenants don't want. Now I can't park backwards, cause the officer can't leave the car and confirm the plate, but it is not a problem to be an inconvenience to the tenants.

I have been living here for 11 years and ...
I have been living here for 11 years and can honestly say I really enjoy living here. Lauren the manager is easy to talk to and cares. The maintenance crew of Jose and partner are attentive and always fix the problem. I put in a request yesterday and they were here this morning. Always pleasant and competent!

excellent condominium, it's been two months since I moved in and I'm loving it. Patricia is always very attentive. As for maintenance calls, they always respond to you the next day and resolve your problem. I highly recommend Waterview Apartments Coconut Creek

This review is for when I lived there in ...
This review is for when I lived there in a 2/2 townhouse in 1997. Rent was about $950. Was a young guy so great times going to beach place, Miami from there on the weekends. Complex was safe and clean. I just realized the dreams I've been having lately about walking around an apartment complex are from my time at this place, which brought me here now. Looks the same. That is all.

It's my second year of rent here at Wate ...
It's my second year of rent here at Waterview and I'm very satisfied with the community. Employees are very friendly and receptive with residents. Paty is always available to solve our questions and make sure we have everything we need. If I could suggest some improvements, I would like the playground be renewed with swing and grass as the current ground is terrible.
