I have been a resident at Waterview at Coconut Creek for almost 30 years, and I can confidently say that I have nothing but positive things to share about this community. The apartments are always maintained in excellent condition, with regular upkeep and attention to detail. The property management team goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is well cared for, providing a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. The location is simply unbeatable! The community is conveniently situated with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and beautiful parks. It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, making everyday life both convenient and enjoyable.
A special shout-out goes to Patrícia, who is truly an outstanding professional. Patrícia is always available to help with any concerns or questions, no matter the situation. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist residents make all the difference. She consistently goes the extra mile to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, always with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone as committed and reliable as Patrícia, and we are fortunate to have her as part of the team.

I absolutely love my cozy home with its beautiful view of the lake and trees. It’s such a peaceful and relaxing place to live! I have never had any problems here, and the community is well-maintained and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights is Patricia from the leasing office - she is always accessible and truly goes out of her way to help residents. Her kindness and dedication make such a difference, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people who live here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience.

If you come to live here, know that this was ONCE a good condominium!!!! It is not safe. I have had complaints from neighbors who tried to enter the apartments in the early hours of the morning, and today, not for the first time, cars with VERY HIGH volumes are circling the condominium at different times of the morning. I called the office to report it. The answer I was given was that they cannot do anything, because they do not even know if you are residents. In other words, you will be vulnerable and without at least the support of the condominium!!!!!! This is one of the biggest problems here: it is NOT safe.

I love living in this place. I'm delighted.
