This is the worst place to rent, don't fall into the trap that they don't charge you a deposit, when you finish the contract they charge you thousands of dollars for non-existent damages or for repairs that they themselves should have done and didn't do, they charge you for the supposed defects in triple what it really costs, I don't recommend it to anyone

It is unfortunate to have to leave a star to be able to write and warn the next victims of renting in these residences. They only wait for you to leave so that you can assume charges for damages that they did not cause and charge a fortune for those damages. They carry out supposedly exhaustive inspections when the apartments are already inhabited. And supposedly they have to be in optimal condition to be able to rent them. How are they going to repair the alleged damages if the apartments are already occupied? Do not take advantage of situations that are not correct above, there is a God who sees below. Blessings. Invest time and money in improving your infrastructure and in training your staff so that they learn to treat residents who don't even know how to do that.

There couldn't be a worse place to live, I don't even know where to start. The service becomes pitiful, except for a couple of people who do go the extra mile to help, the rest is the worst. The facilities are NOT in good condition, call them elevators, call them building structure, call them security and access control, call them customer service. Unfortunately for me, I had to live there for more than a year and it was the worst experience I have ever had, from the poor coexistence of the neighbors to the poor administration of the residences, they left a lot to be desired and, as if that were not enough, I They make fictitious charges for damages that did not exist, since I proved that no damage was ever done. If you value your families, want to give them the best and live in comfort and tranquility, I will never recommend these residences to you.

They are the worst residences in the entire world, I lived there for a year unfortunately and it was the worst year of my entire life. They are never responsible for ANYTHING. They have a terrible service, the only one who serves there is Mr. Wilfredo and Mr. Jesús, the rest of the administrative part has terrible treatment, they treat you very badly, I suppose because you are an immigrant and they want to damage our status, we left the apartment a month ago, I have evidence about how it was left and they are blaming us for leaving it in poor condition, they are charging us for an apartment where it was left the same except for the shine that they put on it when we received it, which is a liquid that the maintenance people themselves put so they can say that it is new. They are charging us for the water that was paid, for insurance that was also paid, late payments when EVERYTHING was always paid ahead of time and in addition they are charging us the sum of 4500 for an apartment that was left in perfect condition. They should be the ones paying someone to live there. I still have more things to say about this but it would be very long.
