It is the worst condominium I have been in in my life, the security is very rude, tremendous problem to apply, my boyfriend has been there for more than 4 months and they do not approve his parking, even going to visit is a problem. The truth is, everything is a problem, there is If you want to live peacefully, don't even apply, look for something better, cheap is expensive.

Condominium is not a Condemonio, there are more rules and prohibitions than anywhere...not even the parking belongs to the owners, your car breaks down and you cannot take another car to your parking lot if they do not give you authorization and that authorization can last 3 months ...Awful.

This condominium is not really made to lead a pleasant life, in reality it is hell to live there, the parking spaces are practically not yours, the attention is terrible, they tow your own cars. Unfortunately for those looking for a cozy home, I don't think this is a good option.

If you are looking for a place where THE association does not let you be free, where every week they make a new rule, rules that minimize the inhabitants, where the office manager Margarita speaks badly to everyone here and does whatever she wants with the inhabitants of this condominium come here. THE worst thing about living and the gym has never been useful, I've been living here for 3 years and nothing is as they paint it. Thank God I rent from an owner but the condo is the worst.
