Horrible place they will not give you your deposits back moved out in may they did not refund us the deposit and claimed we owned them 335$ on top of taking your deposits do not move there poor management you will have no say into getting your money back give you short notice before increasing the rent stayed for 3 years each year they rised up the rent with short notice bad management please save yourself from these thieves and also people in the building will steal your box if you leave them by the elevator laundry machines aways have a problem you will lose money they will not fixed them neither reimburse any lost in these machines save yourself the headache and apply somewhere else. And also be aware of the spanish privileges because if youre not spanish like the people in the office you will receive different treatment for being black! These soanish couple had stolen my box and they didn’t even call police on them because they were acquaintances! Please please save yourself the headache

a very bad place is full of cockroaches the laundromats are always broken the elevators break down at least twice a month in addition to being in a bad neighborhood and they break into theft and the only thing the manager says is call the
police, the managers look for any excuse to get into your apartment when there is no one there with the excuse that they are going to check something and when you leave they do not return the deposit

Terrible place every year keep raising the rent and nothing is being upgraded so disgusting

Horrible place. Management is nice but the owners are CHEAP!!! My rent went up by $350 per month last year with three days' notice not giving me enough time to find another place. They do this every year. The pool has been broken for over a year and all Management has to say is that the city is the reason why. Laundry facilities are a joke. Four washers and four dryers on each floor for 40 units per floor but there's guaranteed to be at least one broken washer AND one broken dryer on each floor. All Management says is to use another floor. They automatically deduct $350 from your security deposit to cover repainting fees for the next tenant. THIS IS ILLEGAL. They raise the rent but do not upgrade the units. You are only allowed one parking space per unit and have to pay an additional $100 per month for any extra vehicles and you don't get an assigned spot. The Maintenance Supervisor is a JERK. He is argumentative and thinks that he owns the place. The building is old and appliances/foundation is outdated which causes roaches. They lock the dumpsters on random days leaving residents with no choice but to leave their trash outside of the dumpster. But don't worry. Management will send out a memo advising that residents who are found leaving their trash outside of the dumpster will be fined.  Maintenance is too busy arguing with tenants to clean out the trash chutes and hallways. They take parts from old appliances to patch up units until they break again. If anything breaks, it is your fault.  Same thing that they do with the washers and dryers. Old parts are literally stored in a roped off parking spot on site. The ONLY benefit of living here is the location. Close to Biscayne and lots of eateries in the area. Not too noisy and there's a park across the street.

Have been living here for almost a year, and the unit is very nice, but the building is managed so well.  Very clean.  Very Happy here.
