Jennypher provided an outstanding tour, showcasing her deep knowledge and passion for the community. She knew the floorplans and availability like the back of her hand, which truly impressed me as someone in the industry. The amenities are top-notch—Shoreline and Villa Laguna stood out, and the lagoon adds a vibrant touch. The Padel members club and on-site café, Sesame, are great perks. Plus, with Target, Costco, Whole Foods, and Sunny Isles Beach nearby, the location is unbeatable. Highly recommend exploring this community!

I moved into Villa Sole a few weeks ago ...
I moved into Villa Sole a few weeks ago and I absolutely love the property. The building and units are well maintained, quiet and the staff is resourceful and goes above and beyond to make living here a pleasant experience. My leasing agent Jennphyer was easy to work with during the move in process. Her patience and professionalism from showing to move in day was top tier. I'm thankful for her expertise and grace doing this chaotic time.
Calling this community home was one of the best decisions I've made.
