Villa Solé at SoLé Mia

I’ve been living at Sole Mia for a while now, and I’m extremely impressed. The complex is modern, well-maintained, and offers great amenities like a gym and outdoor pool. My apartment is spacious, bright, and beautifully finished. A special thanks to Jennypher, who was incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process and made everything so easy. Overall, Sole Mia is a fantastic place to live—comfortable, stylish, and convenient. Highly recommend!

The worst apartment complex in Florida! They kept our deposit even though we moved out on time, left the unit spotless, with no dirt or damage whatsoever. The place had mold, and we repeatedly reported it to management. There was also rust caused by constant humidity and moisture. Despite our complaints, they ignored all our emails and messages. Do not rent here under any circumstances! This is by far the most unprofessional and unethical management I have ever encountered. Stay away, friends!

A follow up on my last review...I was notified after my review a couple months after moving out, they claimed there was damage! The pics they showed me was a cabinet door in the bathroom the was water damaged...from being flooded from the apt upstairs, water came down thru the fan in the ceiling, not once, not twice but 3 seperate times! Then they showed me pics of things left on the counter, they didnt notify me about a claim until the Guarantor paid them $1,068! Really?
They claimed I owed for rent(keep records, beware)and parking, gym etc. They settled for $300 in the end. This place is a trap for $$$$. Sally Alvarez is the manager beware, she is NON EXISTANT and the office will lie to you.

I’m inclined to agree with Can Bilbey. There’s no room for any accommodation due to low staff. Even for a quick question, we were dismissed. When calling, there was no answer. Additionally, their appointment system only works on the phone, not on desktop. When voicing our concerns, we received the typical response: “Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that concerns can arise, and we value hearing from our residents. Your experience is important to us, and we encourage you to reach out directly to our management office so we can address your specific needs and work towards a resolution.” However, no resolution or direct phone number was provided.
I had high hopes for this place. Was so excited to see this place but left such a bad taste in my mouth.

The worst leasing office! There is no way to talk to them, it’s impossible to reach JENNIFER, even if you somehow go there and try to talk to her, all you get is her attitude and her complaints about how busy she is. I would give 0 stars if possible. Their application system doesn’t take documents because of that you application gets denied and no support from the office if something goes wrong. My $450 is gone to trash because of them. I do not recommend anybody to even go try to talk with them. 3 times we went there (because it’s impossible to talk on the phone or get a text or email from them) all 3 times people were complaining there. Jennifer, hopeless.

Terrible service! Disappointed with the staff! We signed up on the solemiarentals website to view the apartment for a while. We arrived and they told us we won’t accept you, come tomorrow! But we have a recording! They came the next day and refused to show the apartment because they had already shown 2, but in order to show another apartment they offered to make an appointment only the next day. The response to our requests was only dissatisfaction and lack of understanding. In general, there is nothing to do there with such staff!!!

It’s a good community with good things to do nearby, ask for Jay to help you out! It was a really awesome and pleasant experience.
