Courtyards at Cutler Bay

Horrible parking situation, there is not enough parking for the people that live here, and management won't do anything about it, towing companies are not the solution since everyone has stickers. There is 0 parking after 9pm or so. Very disappointed by their lack of action, should this situation change, my review will as well.

If you like going out late or having to come home from work late — STAY AWAY. After 9 pm, there is ZERO parking EVERYDAY on the premises. You will be left wandering looking for a parking spot, and if you park somewhere that isn't a clear, designated parking space - you WILL be towed without warning (even if you're not obstructing anything and are a tenant with a parking permit ), and will have to pay a ridiculous fee of $172. Management refuses to do anything about this issue and claims "there's no solution" even though there's plenty of room to expand parking. Instead, they advise tenants to find a car without a sticker and screw them over by calling the towing company.
The apartment has other issues, but this is the most prominent one at the moment.

Too discriminating just because they see humble people exclude them from even being able to rent....... They put a lot of blame on me and my partner just because we did not leave the Mony order at the time the Mony order are not returned if they do not accept the application and it's 550 dollars that bothered them from the beginning it's a shame not to have empathy You have to have at least $10,000 in your account to qualify and you may be considered.

Super comfortable apartments with very good attention from the workers, any problem Rosy and the maintenance person solve immediately, I recommend it 100%

Very spacious condo. Since the administration changed there have been great improvements, the green areas are always clean and pruned, the landfill area collected. The apartments have been improving. The workers strive to give us better attention and always respond promptly when we call for any need. The whole place feels safe and tranquility reigns.
