Cross Creek Apartments

I lived there for two years and was really happy. I left because I needed a bigger place, and I moved to a house, but I highly recommend it. The apartments are spacious, and the maintenance service is very good. Even on the same day that you need a service, they fix it. I think there is a very good administration, and the people are very formal and helpful. The neighbors are very nice and helpful, and it is a very quiet and safe place to live. They deserve 5 stars. I congratulate them.

I've been living here for like 3 years , Alex the property Manager and His property assistant manager Lizmarie are the best, If you are looking for a safe quiet place to live this is the place!! Mai!ntenance is efficient and timely i definitely recommend Cross Creek!

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Every minute they’re towing your guest’s car, EVERY MINUTE. SIX TIMES THEY DID IT TO MY GUEST. Also, toilets are clogged every other week. LITERALLY, every other week. This community pipes system is sooo old, you’ll have your toilet clogged constantly, one of my neighbors came to tell me that she was relieving herself in PLASTIC BAGS for number 2 and dumping it outside in the trash. Also my clothes and detergent were ALL STOLEN from the laundry room. Laundry machines are out of service for long period of time or you usually have people touching your laundry constantly throwing it in the floor. Neighbors blasting loud music without regulations at all times of the day, without saying about people smoking marihuana is the breezeways. Contáctanos finding dog excrement in the grass, etc etcccc I can keep going for days. DO NOT MOVE HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE

What an amazing place to call home. The property management staff are great, they go above and beyond to make sure that “you” are safe and happy in your home. Thank you for all that you do.

Great place to live everything  is very schools and stores. Also is sitting  right behind  a carnal trail 👣  take you to ferm park

You can't even visit this complex because there is dirt everywhere dogs leave, there is a large infestation of cockroaches, they will tow your vehicle at the slightest without putting up a guard to warn you of the situation.

Apart from being a little older, this apartment complex is exceptionally clean, and the maintenance department deserves 5 stars! Alex, (property manager) and his team treats you with respect and professionalism. Overall a great place to call home.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years and have loved it! Every time I need something fixed they immediately send maintenance, they’re always on top of their monthly fumigations, and their management are the kindest people that are always super helpful! They respond quickly and have treated me with so much kindness. The area is pretty quiet and calm making it feel safe and secure. I’m glad to be living here!
