Royal Park Garden

First off I gave one star because I had to give something to be able to do a review. But it does not deserve any stats. My sister and I went to meet with a realtor on Saturday Dec 3rd concerning a rental. We viewed the rental and as we proceeded to see the laundry area, 2 ladies approached us. 1 with a very bad Botox job, unable to properly gather her words due to inability to speak English said, you have to fill out they paper. My sister replied, what paper? She kept saying they paper, my sister again replied what paper, the lease? She said “no, they, they paper” she they started to point down to her back, so I said “background check”? She said yes. Unbelievable!!! So I said “ who are you”? The other lady said, she’s on the board. My reply to her. “We are looking at the apt, we know we have to do a background check, this is not our first time renting, why would you approach us about a background check, this is not appropriate, you are stereotyping” assuming we have to be told about a background check and all we are doing is looking at the apt. We then decided to not move forward. She could barely speak English but she’s spitting hatred towards us. Clearly she’s a racist and should no be on any board to make any decisions that could affect anyone. Very disturbing.

Maintenance here should be wearing masks i think. There is a WorldWide Pandemic, and one would think they took their residents, and tenants, plus the workers themselves. HEALTH a MAJOR concern...

This community is a farely nice place but...each building have it board members they are not as nice as other condominiums board members the community is 55 and older the police is in the community weekly due to what might be happening in this community also there may be a possibility that there is not fareness too all kinds of people here in this community and the board members may or may not have nothing else to do but to stay up in your business l give a very low rating for this place my review may or may not be all acurate based on a variety of opinions not just one person.

A place for older people (+55) to live in peace and harmony with everyone. The apartments are large and cozy. There are weekly activities to keep you active and entertained.
