For the past 8 years that I’ve lived in ...
For the past 8 years that I’ve lived in Crystal House I have never run into any problems or issues. I’ve lived through a few maintenance repairs and new window installations without any inconvenience or problems that can or could not be resolved. This is an older building that requires much attention and I am very satisfied with the attention that is given.
Also, my father lived here over 10 years prior to my move in and before him was our dear friend that purchased this condo over 20 yrs ago.
So throughout these years I’ve never heard of any real issues concerning Crystal House in Miami Beach..
